Grace and why she needed to die~ Methodical Illusion

Several people have asked me about Grace Lewis the co-worker of Vera Hanson's in the first book Methodical Illusion. Was she real? No, she was included in the book so the reader could get an inside glimpse of what happens when a flight attendant gets ill or in Grace's case, is killed when on a layover in a foreign country. She was a part of the "story" that delivered my 9/11 information.

A couple things about Grace, she was a bit of a "gold-digger" so it was when I was going to introduce a middle eastern gentleman to date her and shower her with expensive gifts, that I decided to google search for his name and discovered at least six of the accused hijackers were still alive. The Saudi government was threatening to sue the U.S. government for making false claims against their citizens. The accused "hijackers" are still listed as the hijackers and now their names are written into our history books. Those accused were no more a part of 9/11 than I was. Well, this really got my attention and I kept searching online until I found the attorney general state that indeed the U.S. government had most likely made mistakes in their identity and suggested that those accused might have in fact had their identity stolen. That information was not broadcasted to the public very loudly. That admission got me interested and determined to uncover what the heck had "really" happened that day.

I also wanted to lead the reader into believing that Khalid was an Arab terrorist and bring in all the preconceived notions many American's have about the accused hijackers and Arabs/Muslims in general. Who he really worked for was later discovered in the tape recorder pen, and was the connecting point in to who was really behind 9/11.

The stress of having something happen to a co-worker when you are the Purser, like Vera was, is something that does on occasion happen to flight attendants. We usually have enough crew members to legally get the plane off the ground as per FAA crew minimums and when something happens that takes two crew members off a flight, you will know it as passengers when you have to wait an extra-long time for your beverages and meals. On occasion, we will have a departure delay waiting for replacement crew members. Each aircraft has an FAA minimum crew for safety purposes and if that minimum is not met, replacement crew must be found and brought to the airport.

Lots of the details that were woven into these books are just to give you an understanding about how airlines operate, how we are bonded as family and how we are all connected no matter what airline we work or worked for. There is nothing a flight attendant or pilot won’t do for her airline family, it is huge and it is worldwide. This family connection is what has driven me to uncover all the details of 911 and to share those details with the public.

PS: Methodical was a code word from the FAA hijack protocols that were in place on 9/11/2001.
